Hi,

My channel list keeps changing. Some channels disappear and I have to select them again.
But after I got all my channels to stick, there's a failure in retrieving the guide.

I can see it both on the website if I look at my personal list. After ESPN America HD I get an error.

Also the downloaded xml file is missing all channels after the one mentioned above. This is the big problem. I need the xml download to be complete.

Is it a problem with my profile only, or a bigger problem?
In my android app I can get all channels...

Now this morning a lot of the channels I had selected before was gone.
I have now selected them again and I can see them in the guide on the web, but the downloaded xml is still the same.
I have tried to clear the cache just in case I was getting old data.

Hi Thomas,

We have had some challenges with the settings of favorite channels.
This was fixed a couple of weeks ago, so if you set the channels again, it should work now.
